Meet Nugget
Nugget is the darkest in colour, a true Golden but with a lovely lighter feathering.
She has a very sweet and fun loving nature although being energetic and playful.
Unfortunately, Nugget had only the one litter in 2014 and needed c-section meaning that she will not be able to have any further litters.

Nuggets mum was Tyrocoll Winnie the Pooh who attracted when choosing our cream girls us because of her beautiful golden colour. Winne is a big girl and Nugget takes after her being the largest of our girls which is some going as all of the girls are a good size for a female retriever.
Nuggets dad, born in May 2007, is by Champion Matador VD Beerse Hoeve out of Xanthos Foreign Affaire. A happy showman he has his Junior Warrant and has shown the same enthusiastic approach to his first shooting season, he successfully passed his Show Gundog Working Certificate in December 2010, and has excellent health clearances.
This is an amazing picture of Nugget in her pushchair. Yes really! Young dogs are only supposed to walk 5 minutes a day for every month of their life. On this day whilst away for the day I wanted to take the older girls on a 3 hour walk. Too much for Nugget so I borrowed my friends pushchair which allowed her to enjoy the walk rather than being left in the car.
You never know.... it might become a trend!
